[Diluc flinches at the sensation of Thoma spilling down his throat, a consequence of unfamiliarity and not knowing what to expect until it happens. He doesn't move to pull away, remaining still for as long as his lover needs him to--and still would have, even without being held in place.

When he finally is able to pull away, he lets go, sits back on his heels, and looks up at Thoma. The parting is anything but grateful, accompanied by a gag and some more coughing as he self-consciously wipes at his mouth with the back of his hand. But there's no major embarrassment, thankfully, and he makes no attempt to stifle the smile that spreads across his face. It's an unusually earnest expression, especially from the likes of him.

Any semblance of the familial rivalry is totally forgotten. If it weren't for the stupid clothes they still wore, it would be easy to forget that they're in a dreamscape at all.

There's a lot he could say. There's a lot he's wants to say. But the phrase that wins out is, simply:]

[ Even in the pleasant haze of having just come down from his orgasm, Thoma feels a pang of concern that Diluc might have done more than he was ready for when he pulls away with a soft gag and a cough. He looks down again to make sure his partner is okay and is met with a smile that instantly evaporates his worries.

Thoma laughs, bright and fond and wholly sated, and spares a quick moment to tuck himself back into his ridiculous tights before he once again kneels down to get on Diluc’s level.

His fingers comb through Diluc’s loose locks, soothing over the spot where he’d held on so tightly. ]

You were wonderful.

[ And he leans in for a kiss, eager to taste himself on Diluc’s lips. ]

[Diluc notices the brief concern cross Thoma's face, but is glad when it vanishes once he realizes that he's all right. It wasn't the most pleasant or graceful experience, but he managed not to completely choke. All he needs is more practice.

He's looking forward to doing exactly that. Especially if it's going to be followed with hands in his hair and a kiss like this one, slow and sated and somehow just as passionate as the heated ones from earlier.

Archons, he's head over heels for this man. How is it that he hasn't been able to say so before tonight?

Their lips part after a bit, and he still can't stop smiling.]

I wish we didn't have to go back.

[ Perhaps the very nature of the dreamscape itself - forced rivalry aside - makes feelings of affection so much easier to voice. They’re in a play about lovers, after all.

But in truth, Thoma doesn’t know if he could have gone much longer without expressing the depths of his devotion. He has always been a dedicated sort, but in matters of the heart, perhaps he’s even moreso.

Thoma grins in return once they part, resting his forehead against Diluc’s. ]

I know. But at the same time… I want to do this again, with you in the real world. With Ori too. I’m looking forward to it.

[ He angles his head to press a quick kiss against the corner of Diluc’s mouth. ]

Promise me we’ll find each other again after this.
